10 Now I exhort you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you all agree and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be made complete in the same mind and in the same judgment. 15 so that no one would say you were baptized in my name. 29 so that no man may boast before God. 6 Now these things, brethren, I have figuratively applied to myself and Apollos for your sakes, so that in us you may learn not to exceed what is written, so that no one of you will become arrogant in behalf of one against the other. 15 Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ ? Shall I then take away the members of Christ and make them members of a prostitute ? May it never be! 5 Stop depriving one another, except by agreement for a time, so that you may devote yourselves to prayer, and come together again so that Satan will not tempt you because of your lack of self-control. 17 Only , as the Lord has assigned to each one, as God has called each, in this manner let him walk. Or do you despise the church of God and shame those who have nothing ? What shall I say to you? Shall I praise you? In this I will not praise you. 25 so that there may be no division in the body, but that the members may have the same care for one another. 5 Now I wish that you all spoke in tongues, but even more that you would prophesy ; and greater is one who prophesies than one who speaks in tongues, unless he interprets, so that the church may receive edifying. 6 But now, brethren, if I come to you speaking in tongues, what will I profit you unless I speak to you either by way of revelation or of knowledge or of prophecy or of teaching ? 9 So also you, unless you utter by the tongue speech that is clear, how will it be known what is spoken ? For you will be speaking into the air. 28 but if there is no interpreter, he must keep silent in the church ; and let him speak to himself and to God. 2 by which also you are saved, if you hold fast the word which I preached to you, unless you believed in vain. 34 Become sober-minded as you ought, and stop sinning ; for some have no knowledge of God. I speak this to your shame. 36 You fool ! That which you sow does not come to life unless it dies ; 2 On the first day of every week each one of you is to put aside and save, as he may prosper, so that no collections be made when I come. 11 So let no one despise him. But send him on his way in peace, so that he may come to me; for I expect him with the brethren.
