18 Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you thinks that he is wise in this age, he must become foolish, so that he may become wise. 7 Actually, then, it is already a defeat for you, that you have lawsuits with one another. Why not rather be wronged? Why not rather be defrauded? 19 Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and that you are not your own? 2 But because of immoralities, each man is to have his own wife, and each woman is to have her own husband. 37 But he who stands firm in his heart, being under no constraint, but has authority over his own will, and has decided this in his own heart, to keep his own virgin daughter, he will do well. 38 So then both he who gives his own virgin daughter in marriage does well, and he who does not give her in marriage will do better. 24 Let no one seek his own good, but that of his neighbor. 29 I mean not your own conscience, but the other man's; for why is my freedom judged by another's conscience? 28 But a man must examine himself, and in so doing he is to eat of the bread and drink of the cup. 29 For he who eats and drinks, eats and drinks judgment to himself if he does not judge the body rightly. 31 But if we judged ourselves rightly, we would not be judged. 5 does not act unbecomingly; it does not seek its own, is not provoked, does not take into account a wrong suffered, 4 One who speaks in a tongue edifies himself; but one who prophesies edifies the church. 28 but if there is no interpreter, he must keep silent in the church; and let him speak to himself and to God. 2 On the first day of every week each one of you is to put aside and save, as he may prosper, so that no collections be made when I come. 15 Now I urge you, brethren (you know the household of Stephanas, that they were the first fruits of Achaia, and that they have devoted themselves for ministry to the saints ),
