1 Samuel 1:18; 1 Samuel 8:16; 1 Samuel 25:27; 1 Samuel 28:21-22 (New American Standard)

18 She said, "Let your maidservant find favor in your sight." So the woman went her way and ate, and her face was no longer sad. 16 "He will also take your male servants and your female servants and your best young men and your donkeys and use them for his work. 27 "Now let this gift which your maidservant has brought to my lord be given to the young men who accompany my lord . 21 The woman came to Saul and saw that he was terrified, and said to him, "Behold, your maidservant has obeyed you, and I have taken my life in my hand and have listened to your words which you spoke to me. 22 "So now also, please listen to the voice of your maidservant, and let me set a piece of bread before you that you may eat and have strength when you go on your way."
