6 Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time. 4 One that ruleth well his own house, having his children in subjection with all gravity; 5 (For if a man know not how to rule his own house, how shall he take care of the church of God?) 12 Let the deacons be the husbands of one wife, ruling their children and their own houses well. 2 Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron ; 4 But if any widow have children or nephews, let them learn first to shew piety at home , and to requite their parents: for that is good and acceptable before God. 8 But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel. 1 Let as many servants as are under the yoke count their own masters worthy of all honour, that the name of God and his doctrine be not blasphemed . 15 Which in his times he shall shew , who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings , and Lord of lords ;
