2 Corinthians 1:9; 2 Corinthians 1:19; 2 Corinthians 2:15; 2 Corinthians 4:4; 2 Corinthians 11:26-27; 2 Corinthians 12:9; 2 Corinthians 12:12 (New American Standard)

9 indeed, we had the sentence of death within ourselves so that we would not trust in ourselves, but in God who raises the dead; 19 For the Son of God, Christ Jesus, who was preached among you by us-by me and Silvanus and Timothy -was not yes and no, but is yes in Him. 15 For we are a fragrance of Christ to God among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing; 4 in whose case the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving so that they might not see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God. 26 I have been on frequent journeys, in dangers from rivers, dangers from robbers, dangers from my countrymen, dangers from the Gentiles, dangers in the city, dangers in the wilderness, dangers on the sea, dangers among false brethren; 27 I have been in labor and hardship, through many sleepless nights, in hunger and thirst, often without food, in cold and exposure. 9 And He has said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness." Most gladly, therefore, I will rather boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me. 12 The signs of a true apostle were performed among you with all perseverance, by signs and wonders and miracles.
