As soon as they had brought them out, one of them said, "Flee for your lives!1 Don't look back,2 and don't stop anywhere in the plain!3 Flee to the mountains4 or you will be swept away!"

But Lot said to them, "No, my lords,a please!

Yourb servant has found favor in yourc eyes,5 and youd have shown great kindness6 to me in sparing my life. But I can't flee to the mountains;7 this disaster will overtake me, and I'll die.
