Stop bringing meaningless offerings!6 Your incense7 is detestable8 to me. New Moons,9 Sabbaths and convocations10-- I cannot bear your evil assemblies.
Your New Moon11 festivals and your appointed feasts12 my soul hates.13 They have become a burden to me;14 I am weary15 of bearing them.
When you spread out your hands16 in prayer, I will hide17 my eyes from you; even if you offer many prayers, I will not listen.18 Your hands19 are full of blood;20
