Job 26:7-13 (New International Version)

View In My Bible
7 He spreads out the northern [skies]1 over empty space; he suspends the earth over nothing.2 8 He wraps up the waters3 in his clouds,4 yet the clouds do not burst under their weight. 9 He covers the face of the full moon, spreading his clouds5 over it. 10 He marks out the horizon on the face of the waters6 for a boundary between light and darkness.7 11 The pillars of the heavens quake,8 aghast at his rebuke. 12 By his power he churned up the sea;9 by his wisdom10 he cut Rahab11 to pieces. 13 By his breath the skies12 became fair; his hand pierced the gliding serpent.13
