Psalm 32:3-7 (New International Version)

View In My Bible
3 When I kept silent,1 my bones wasted away2 through my groaning3 all day long. 4 For day and night your hand was heavy4 upon me; my strength was sapped5 as in the heat of summer. "Selah" 5 Then I acknowledged my sin to you and did not cover up my iniquity.6 I said, "I will confess7 my transgressions8 to the LORD"-- and you forgave the guilt of my sin.9 "Selah" 6 Therefore let everyone who is godly pray to you while you may be found;10 surely when the mighty waters11 rise,12 they will not reach him.13 7 You are my hiding place;14 you will protect me from trouble15 and surround me with songs of deliverance.16 "Selah"
