Sacrifice and offering you did not desire,1 but my ears you have piercedab;2 burnt offerings3 and sin offerings you did not require.

Then I said, "Here I am, I have come-- it is written about me in the scroll.c4
8
I desire to do your will,5 O my God;6 your law is within my heart."7
9
I proclaim righteousness8 in the great assembly;9 I do not seal my lips, as you know,10 O LORD.

I do not hide your righteousness in my heart; I speak of your faithfulness11 and salvation. I do not conceal your love and your truth from the great assembly.12
