1 Why do you boast of evil, you mighty man? Why do you boast1 all day long,2 you who are a disgrace in the eyes of God? 2 Your tongue plots destruction;3 it is like a sharpened razor,4 you who practice deceit.5 3 You love evil6 rather than good, falsehood7 rather than speaking the truth.
