I have written you quite boldly on some points, as if to remind you of them again, because of the grace God gave me116
to be a minister of Christ Jesus to the Gentiles2 with the priestly duty of proclaiming the gospel of God,3 so that the Gentiles might become an offering4 acceptable to God, sanctified by the Holy Spirit.
Therefore I glory in Christ Jesus5 in my service to God.618
I will not venture to speak of anything except what Christ has accomplished through me in leading the Gentiles7 to obey God8 by what I have said and done--
by the power of signs and miracles,9 through the power of the Spirit.10 So from Jerusalem11 all the way around to Illyricum, I have fully proclaimed the gospel of Christ.1220
It has always been my ambition to preach the gospel13 where Christ was not known, so that I would not be building on someone else's foundation.14
