Young's Literal Translation
The first account I composed, Theophilus, about all that Jesus began to do and teach,
being greatly disturbed because they were teaching the people and proclaiming in Jesus the resurrection from the dead.
And when they had summoned them, they commanded them not to speak or teach at all in the name of Jesus.
Upon hearing this, they entered into the temple about daybreak and began to teach. Now when the high priest and his associates came, they called the Council together, even all the Senate of the sons of Israel, and sent orders to the prison house for them to be brought.
But someone came and reported to them, "The men whom you put in prison are standing in the temple and teaching the people!"
saying, "We gave you strict orders not to continue teaching in this name, and yet, you have filled Jerusalem with your teaching and intend to bring this man's blood upon us."
And every day, in the temple and from house to house, they kept right on teaching and preaching Jesus as the Christ.
and when he had found him, he brought him to Antioch. And for an entire year they met with the church and taught considerable numbers; and the disciples were first called Christians in Antioch.
Some men came down from Judea and began teaching the brethren, "Unless you are circumcised according to the custom of Moses, you cannot be saved."
But Paul and Barnabas stayed in Antioch, teaching and preaching with many others also, the word of the Lord .
And he settled there a year and six months, teaching the word of God among them.
This man had been instructed in the way of the Lord ; and being fervent in spirit, he was speaking and teaching accurately the things concerning Jesus, being acquainted only with the baptism of John;
how I did not shrink from declaring to you anything that was profitable, and teaching you publicly and from house to house,
and they have been told about you, that you are teaching all the Jews who are among the Gentiles to forsake Moses, telling them not to circumcise their children nor to walk according to the customs.
crying out, "Men of Israel, come to our aid! This is the man who preaches to all men everywhere against our people and the Law and this place; and besides he has even brought Greeks into the temple and has defiled this holy place."
preaching the kingdom of God and teaching concerning the Lord Jesus Christ with all openness, unhindered.
