20 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before that great and notable day of the Lord come : 33 And with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and great grace was upon them all. 5 And Ananias hearing these words fell down , and gave up the ghost : and great fear came on all them that heard these things. 11 And great fear came upon all the church, and upon as many as heard these things. 8 And Stephen, full of faith and power, did great wonders and miracles among the people. 11 Now there came a dearth over all the land of Egypt and Chanaan, and great affliction: and our fathers found no sustenance. 57 Then they cried out with a loud voice, and stopped their ears, and ran upon him with one accord, 60 And he kneeled down , and cried with a loud voice, Lord, lay not this sin to their charge. And when he had said this, he fell asleep . 1 And Saul was consenting unto his death. And at that time there was a great persecution against the church which was at Jerusalem; and they were all scattered abroad throughout the regions of Judaea and Samaria, except the apostles. 2 And devout men carried Stephen to his burial, and made great lamentation over him. 7 For unclean spirits, crying with loud voice, came out of many that were possessed with them: and many taken with palsies , and that were lame, were healed . 8 And there was great joy in that city. 10 To whom they all gave heed , from the least to the greatest, saying , This man is the great power of God. 13 Then Simon himself believed also: and when he was baptized , he continued with Philip, and wondered , beholding the miracles and signs which were done . 11 And saw heaven opened , and a certain vessel descending unto him, as it had been a great sheet knit at the four corners, and let down to the earth: 5 I was in the city of Joppa praying : and in a trance I saw a vision, A certain vessel descend , as it had been a great sheet, let down from heaven by four corners; and it came even to me: 28 And there stood up one of them named Agabus, and signified by the Spirit that there should be great dearth throughout all the world: which came to pass in the days of Claudius Caesar. 10 Said with a loud voice, Stand upright on thy feet. And he leaped and walked . 3 And being brought on their way by the church, they passed through Phenice and Samaria, declaring the conversion of the Gentiles: and they caused great joy unto all the brethren. 26 And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken : and immediately all the doors were opened , and every one's bands were loosed . 28 But Paul cried with a loud voice, saying , Do thyself no harm: for we are all here. 27 So that not only this our craft is in danger to be set at nought; but also that the temple of the great goddess Diana should be despised , and her magnificence should be destroyed , whom all Asia and the world worshippeth . 28 And when they heard these sayings, they were full of wrath, and cried out , saying , Great is Diana of the Ephesians. 34 But when they knew that he was a Jew, all with one voice about the space of two hours cried out , Great is Diana of the Ephesians. 35 And when the townclerk had appeased the people, he said , Ye men of Ephesus, what man is there that knoweth not how that the city of the Ephesians is a worshipper of the great goddess Diana, and of the image which fell down from Jupiter? 9 And there arose a great cry: and the scribes that were of the Pharisees' part arose , and strove , saying , We find no evil in this man: but if a spirit or an angel hath spoken to him, let us not fight against God. 22 Having therefore obtained help of God, I continue unto this day, witnessing both to small and great, saying none other things than those which the prophets and Moses did say should come : 24 And as he thus spake for himself , Festus said with a loud voice, Paul, thou art beside thyself ; much learning doth make thee mad .
