3 And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them. 30 Therefore being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, he would raise up Christ to sit on his throne; 31 And he said , How can I , except some man should guide me? And he desired Philip that he would come up and sit with him. 21 And upon a set day Herod, arrayed in royal apparel, sat upon his throne, and made an oration unto them. 14 But when they departed from Perga, they came to Antioch in Pisidia, and went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and sat down . 13 And on the sabbath we went out of the city by a river side, where prayer was wont to be made ; and we sat down , and spake unto the women which resorted thither. 11 And he continued there a year and six months, teaching the word of God among them. 6 And when he had tarried among them more than ten days, he went down unto Caesarea; and the next day sitting on the judgment seat commanded Paul to be brought . 17 Therefore, when they were come hither, without any delay on the morrow I sat on the judgment seat, and commanded the man to be brought forth .
