4 Whiles it remained , was it not thine own ? and after it was sold , was it not in thine own power? why hast thou conceived this thing in thine heart? thou hast not lied unto men, but unto God. 43 And it came to pass , that he tarried many days in Joppa with one Simon a tanner. 15 And when she was baptized , and her household, she besought us, saying , If ye have judged me to be faithful to the Lord, come into my house, and abide there. And she constrained us. 3 And because he was of the same craft, he abode with them, and wrought : for by their occupation they were tentmakers. 20 When they desired him to tarry longer time with them, he consented not; 5 These going before tarried for us at Troas. 15 And we sailed thence, and came the next day over against Chios; and the next day we arrived at Samos, and tarried at Trogyllium; and the next day we came to Miletus. 23 Save that the Holy Ghost witnesseth in every city, saying that bonds and afflictions abide me. 7 And when we had finished our course from Tyre, we came to Ptolemais, and saluted the brethren, and abode with them one day. 8 And the next day we that were of Paul's company departed , and came unto Caesarea: and we entered into the house of Philip the evangelist, which was one of the seven; and abode with him. 31 Paul said to the centurion and to the soldiers, Except these abide in the ship, ye cannot be saved . 41 And falling into a place where two seas met, they ran the ship aground ; and the forepart stuck fast , and remained unmoveable, but the hinder part was broken with the violence of the waves. 16 And when we came to Rome, the centurion delivered the prisoners to the captain of the guard: but Paul was suffered to dwell by himself with a soldier that kept him. 30 And Paul dwelt two whole years in his own hired house, and received all that came in unto him,
