Then they cried out with a loud voice, and stopped their ears, and ran upon him with one accord,
And he kneeled down , and cried with a loud voice, Lord, lay not this sin to their charge. And when he had said this, he fell asleep .
Which when the apostles, Barnabas and Paul, heard of, they rent their clothes, and ran in among the people, crying out ,
The same followed Paul and us, and cried , saying , These men are the servants of the most high God, which shew unto us the way of salvation.
And when they heard these sayings, they were full of wrath, and cried out , saying , Great is Diana of the Ephesians.
Some therefore cried one thing, and some another: for the assembly was confused ; and the more part knew not wherefore they were come together .
But when they knew that he was a Jew, all with one voice about the space of two hours cried out , Great is Diana of the Ephesians.
Crying out , Men of Israel, help : This is the man, that teacheth all men every where against the people, and the law, and this place: and further brought Greeks also into the temple, and hath polluted this holy place.
For the multitude of the people followed after , crying , Away with him.
But when Paul perceived that the one part were Sadducees, and the other Pharisees, he cried out in the council, Men and brethren, I am a Pharisee, the son of a Pharisee: of the hope and resurrection of the dead I am called in question .
Except it be for this one voice, that I cried standing among them, Touching the resurrection of the dead I am called in question by you this day.
