4 youths in whom was no defect, who were good-looking , showing intelligence in every branch of wisdom, endowed with understanding and discerning knowledge, and who had ability for serving in the king's court ; and he ordered him to teach them the literature and language of the Chaldeans. 2 Then the king gave orders to call in the magicians, the conjurers, the sorcerers and the Chaldeans to tell the king his dreams. So they came in and stood before the king. 4 Then the Chaldeans spoke to the king in Aramaic : "O king, live forever ! Tell the dream to your servants, and we will declare the interpretation."
