Hebrews 1:3; Hebrews 3:13; Hebrews 5:3-5; Hebrews 6:6; Hebrews 9:7; Hebrews 9:14; Hebrews 9:25; Hebrews 10:25 (King James Version)

3 Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high; 13 But exhort one another daily , while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. 3 And by reason hereof he ought , as for the people, so also for himself, to offer for sins. 4 And no man taketh this honour unto himself, but he that is called of God, as was Aaron. 5 So also Christ glorified not himself to be made an high priest; but he that said unto him, Thou art my Son, to day have I begotten thee. 6 If they shall fall away , to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh , and put him to an open shame . 7 But into the second went the high priest alone once every year, not without blood, which he offered for himself, and for the errors of the people: 14 How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God? 25 Nor yet that he should offer himself often, as the high priest entereth into the holy place every year with blood of others; 25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching .
