Isaiah 6:1; Isaiah 9:7; Isaiah 14:9; Isaiah 14:13; Isaiah 16:5; Isaiah 22:23; Isaiah 47:1; Isaiah 66:1 (King James Version)

1 In the year that king Uzziah died I saw also the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up , and his train filled the temple. 7 Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this. 9 Hell from beneath is moved for thee to meet thee at thy coming : it stirreth up the dead for thee, even all the chief ones of the earth; it hath raised up from their thrones all the kings of the nations. 13 For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: 5 And in mercy shall the throne be established : and he shall sit upon it in truth in the tabernacle of David, judging , and seeking judgment, and hasting righteousness. 23 And I will fasten him as a nail in a sure place; and he shall be for a glorious throne to his father's house. 1 Come down , and sit in the dust, O virgin daughter of Babylon, sit on the ground: there is no throne, O daughter of the Chaldeans: for thou shalt no more be called tender and delicate. 1 Thus saith the LORD, The heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool : where is the house that ye build unto me? and where is the place of my rest?
