No longer will the fool1 be called noble nor the scoundrel be highly respected.

For the fool speaks folly,2 his mind is busy with evil:3 He practices ungodliness4 and spreads error5 concerning the LORD; the hungry he leaves empty6 and from the thirsty he withholds water.

The scoundrel's methods are wicked,7 he makes up evil schemes8 to destroy the poor with lies, even when the plea of the needy9 is just.108
But the noble man makes noble plans, and by noble deeds11 he stands.12
