Young's Literal Translation
And there were born unto him seven sons and three daughters.
Let the day perish wherein I was born , and the night in which it was said , There is a man child conceived .
Yet man is born unto trouble, as the sparks fly upward .
For vain man would be wise , though man be born like a wild ass's colt.
Man that is born of a woman is of few days, and full of trouble.
Art thou the first man that was born ? or wast thou made before the hills?
What is man, that he should be clean ? and he which is born of a woman, that he should be righteous ?
They conceive mischief, and bring forth vanity, and their belly prepareth deceit.
He evil entreateth the barren that beareth not: and doeth not good to the widow.
How then can man be justified with God? or how can he be clean that is born of a woman?
Knowest thou it, because thou wast then born ? or because the number of thy days is great?
Hath the rain a father? or who hath begotten the drops of dew?
Out of whose womb came the ice? and the hoary frost of heaven, who hath gendered it?
Knowest thou the time when the wild goats of the rock bring forth ? or canst thou mark when the hinds do calve ?
Canst thou number the months that they fulfil ? or knowest thou the time when they bring forth ?
