Young's Literal Translation
And he said unto them, Ye will surely say unto me this proverb, Physician, heal thyself: whatsoever we have heard done in Capernaum, do also here in thy country.
Now when the sun was setting , all they that had any sick with divers diseases brought them unto him; and he laid his hands on every one of them, and healed them.
Return to thine own house, and shew how great things God hath done unto thee. And he went his way , and published throughout the whole city how great things Jesus had done unto him.
And whosoever will not receive you, when ye go out of that city, shake off the very dust from your feet for a testimony against them.
And the apostles, when they were returned , told him all that they had done . And he took them, and went aside privately into a desert place belonging to the city called Bethsaida.
I say unto you, Though he will not rise and give him, because he is his friend, yet because of his importunity he will rise and give him as many as he needeth .
Therefore whatsoever ye have spoken in darkness shall be heard in the light; and that which ye have spoken in the ear in closets shall be proclaimed upon the housetops.
I fast twice in the week, I give tithes of all that I possess .
Now when Jesus heard these things, he said unto him, Yet lackest thou one thing: sell all that thou hast , and distribute unto the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come , follow me.
