Luke 5:30; Luke 5:33; Luke 6:1; Luke 7:33-34; Luke 10:7-8; Luke 12:45; Luke 15:16; Luke 17:27-28; Luke 22:30 (King James Version)

30 But their scribes and Pharisees murmured against his disciples, saying , Why do ye eat and drink with publicans and sinners? 33 And they said unto him, Why do the disciples of John fast often, and make prayers, and likewise the disciples of the Pharisees; but thine eat and drink ? 1 And it came to pass on the second sabbath after the first, that he went through the corn fields; and his disciples plucked the ears of corn, and did eat , rubbing them in their hands. 33 For John the Baptist came neither eating bread nor drinking wine; and ye say , He hath a devil. 34 The Son of man is come eating and drinking ; and ye say , Behold a gluttonous man, and a winebibber, a friend of publicans and sinners! 7 And in the same house remain , eating and drinking such things as they give: for the labourer is worthy of his hire. Go not from house to house. 8 And into whatsoever city ye enter , and they receive you, eat such things as are set before you: 45 But and if that servant say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming ; and shall begin to beat the menservants and maidens, and to eat and drink , and to be drunken ; 16 And he would fain have filled his belly with the husks that the swine did eat : and no man gave unto him. 27 They did eat , they drank , they married wives , they were given in marriage , until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and the flood came , and destroyed them all. 28 Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat , they drank , they bought , they sold , they planted , they builded ; 30 That ye may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom, and sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel.
