Luke 5:36; Luke 6:29; Luke 7:25; Luke 8:27; Luke 8:44; Luke 19:35-36; Luke 22:36; Luke 23:34 (King James Version)

36 And he spake also a parable unto them ; No man putteth a piece of a new garment upon an old ; if otherwise, then both the new maketh a rent , and the piece that was taken out of the new agreeth not with the old. 29 And unto him that smiteth thee on the one cheek offer also the other; and him that taketh away thy cloke forbid not to take thy coat also. 25 But what went ye out for to see ? A man clothed in soft raiment? Behold , they which are gorgeously apparelled, and live delicately, are in kings' courts. 27 And when he went forth to land, there met him out of the city a certain man, which had devils long time, and ware no clothes, neither abode in any house, but in the tombs. 44 Came behind him, and touched the border of his garment: and immediately her issue of blood stanched . 35 And they brought him to Jesus: and they cast their garments upon the colt, and they set Jesus thereon . 36 And as he went , they spread their clothes in the way. 36 Then said he unto them, But now, he that hath a purse, let him take it, and likewise his scrip: and he that hath no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one. 34 Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do . And they parted his raiment, and cast lots.
