Young's Literal Translation
But I say unto you which hear , Love your enemies, do good to them which hate you,
For if ye love them which love you, what thank have ye? for sinners also love those that love them.
But love ye your enemies, and do good , and lend , hoping for nothing again ; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil.
For he loveth our nation, and he hath built us a synagogue.
And when they had nothing to pay , he frankly forgave them both. Tell me therefore, which of them will love him most?
Wherefore I say unto thee, Her sins, which are many, are forgiven ; for she loved much: but to whom little is forgiven , the same loveth little.
And he answering said , Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself.
Woe unto you, Pharisees! for ye love the uppermost seats in the synagogues, and greetings in the markets.
No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.
