Young's Literal Translation
And straightway coming up out of the water, he saw the heavens opened , and the Spirit like a dove descending upon him:
And immediately the Spirit driveth him into the wilderness.
And there was in their synagogue a man with an unclean spirit; and he cried out ,
And when the unclean spirit had torn him, and cried with a loud voice, he came out of him.
And they were all amazed , insomuch that they questioned among themselves, saying , What thing is this? what new doctrine is this? for with authority commandeth he even the unclean spirits, and they do obey him.
And immediately when Jesus perceived in his spirit that they so reasoned within themselves, he said unto them, Why reason ye these things in your hearts?
And unclean spirits, when they saw him, fell down before him, and cried , saying , Thou art the Son of God.
But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation:
And forthwith Jesus gave them leave . And the unclean spirits went out , and entered into the swine: and the herd ran violently down a steep place into the sea , (they were about two thousand;) and were choked in the sea.
For a certain woman, whose young daughter had an unclean spirit, heard of him, and came and fell at his feet:
And he sighed deeply in his spirit, and saith , Why doth this generation seek after a sign? verily I say unto you, There shall no sign be given unto this generation.
And they brought him unto him: and when he saw him, straightway the spirit tare him; and he fell on the ground, and wallowed foaming .
When Jesus saw that the people came running together , he rebuked the foul spirit, saying unto him, Thou dumb and deaf spirit, I charge thee, come out of him, and enter no more into him.
For David himself said by the Holy Ghost, The LORD said to my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, till I make thine enemies thy footstool .
Watch ye and pray , lest ye enter into temptation. The spirit truly is ready, but the flesh is weak.
