Saying , Let us alone; what have we to do with thee, thou Jesus of Nazareth? art thou come to destroy us? I know thee who thou art , the Holy One of God.
And no man putteth new wine into old bottles: else the new wine doth burst the bottles, and the wine is spilled , and the bottles will be marred : but new wine must be put into new bottles.
And the Pharisees went forth , and straightway took counsel with the Herodians against him, how they might destroy him.
And he was in the hinder part of the ship, asleep on a pillow: and they awake him, and say unto him, Master, carest thou not that we perish ?
For whosoever will save his life shall lose it; but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel's, the same shall save it.

And the scribes and chief priests heard it, and sought how they might destroy him: for they feared him, because all the people was astonished at his doctrine.
What shall therefore the lord of the vineyard do ? he will come and destroy the husbandmen, and will give the vineyard unto others.
