21 And when a convenient day was come , that Herod on his birthday made a supper to his lords , high captains, and chief estates of Galilee; 35 And he sat down , and called the twelve, and saith unto them, If any man desire to be first, the same shall be last of all, and servant of all. 31 But many that are first shall be last; and the last first. 44 And whosoever of you will be the chiefest, shall be servant of all. 20 Now there were seven brethren: and the first took a wife, and dying left no seed. 28 And one of the scribes came , and having heard them reasoning together , and perceiving that he had answered them well, asked him, Which is the first commandment of all? 29 And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear , O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord: 30 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment. 12 And the first day of unleavened bread, when they killed the passover, his disciples said unto him, Where wilt thou that we go and prepare that thou mayest eat the passover? 9 Now when Jesus was risen early the first day of the week, he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom he had cast seven devils.
