12 But I would ye should understand , brethren, that the things which happened unto me have fallen out rather unto the furtherance of the gospel; 20 According to my earnest expectation and my hope, that in nothing I shall be ashamed , but that with all boldness, as always, so now also Christ shall be magnified in my body, whether it be by life, or by death. 3 Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves. 5 Circumcised the eighth day, of the stock of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, an Hebrew of the Hebrews; as touching the law, a Pharisee; 6 Concerning zeal, persecuting the church; touching the righteousness which is in the law , blameless. 14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. 21 Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself. 11 Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned , in whatsoever state I am , therewith to be content. 19 But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
