Immediately (paracrhma). Nineteen times in the N.T., seventeen in Luke. Opened (anewicqh). First aorist passive indicative with double augment. The verb suits "mouth," but not "tongue" (glwssa). It is thus a zeugma with tongue. Loosed or some such verb to be supplied.
