But you blew with your breath,1 and the sea covered them. They sank like lead in the mighty waters.211
"Who among the gods is like you,3 O LORD? Who is like you--majestic in holiness, awesome in glory, working wonders?

You stretched out4 your right hand and the earth swallowed them.513
"In your unfailing love you will lead6 the people you have redeemed.7 In your strength you will guide them to your holy dwelling.814
The nations will hear and tremble;9 anguish10 will grip the people of Philistia.1115
The chiefs12 of Edom13 will be terrified, the leaders of Moab will be seized with trembling,14 the peoplea of Canaan will melt15 away;

terror16 and dread will fall upon them. By the power of your arm they will be as still as a stone17-- until your people pass by, O LORD, until the people you boughtb18 pass by.1917
You will bring20 them in and plant21 them on the mountain22 of your inheritance-- the place, O LORD, you made for your dwelling,23 the sanctuary,24 O Lord, your hands established.
