Pero he aquí, otras siete vacas subieron detrás de ellas, pobres, de muy mal aspecto y flacas, de tal fealdad como yo nunca había visto en toda la tierra de Egipto.

After them, there came up out of the river seven more cows, poor, miserable-looking and lean -I've never seen such bad-looking cows in all the land of Egypt!
