6 The Kohen shall sprinkle the blood on the altar of the LORD at the door of the Tent of Meeting, and burn the fat for a sweet savor to the LORD.

Leviticus 17:6

And the priest shall sprinkle the blood upon the altar of the
Lord
The altar of burnt: offering, ( Leviticus 1:5 ) ;

[at] the door of the tabernacle of the congregation;
near to which it stood, see ( Leviticus 1:5 ) ;

and burn the fat for a sweet savour to the Lord;
the fat that covered the inwards, the kidneys, the flanks and caul of the liver; see ( Leviticus 3:3 Leviticus 3:4 Leviticus 3:9 Leviticus 3:10 Leviticus 3:14-17 ) .

4 and hasn't brought it to the door of the Tent of Meeting, to offer it as an offering to the LORD before the tabernacle of the LORD: blood shall be imputed to that man. He has shed blood; and that man shall be cut off from among his people.
5 This is to the end that the children of Yisra'el may bring their sacrifices, which they sacrifice in the open field, that they may bring them to the LORD, to the door of the Tent of Meeting, to the Kohen, and sacrifice them for sacrifices of shalom offerings to the LORD.
6 The Kohen shall sprinkle the blood on the altar of the LORD at the door of the Tent of Meeting, and burn the fat for a sweet savor to the LORD.
7 They shall no more sacrifice their sacrifices to the goat idols, after which they play the prostitute. This shall be a statute forever to them throughout their generations.'
8 "You shall say to them, 'Any man there is of the house of Yisra'el, or of the strangers who sojourn among them, who offers a burnt offering or sacrifice,
