Then she runneth, andcomethtoSimonPeter,andto the otherdisciple,whomJesusloved, andsaith unto them, They have taken away the Lord out of the sepulchre,and we knownotwhere they have laidhim.

Jesussaith unto her,Woman,why weepest thou? whom seekest thou? She,supposing* him to be the gardener,saith unto him,Sir,ifthou have bornehimhence, tellmewhere thou hast laidhim, and I will takehimaway.

Jesussaith unto her,Touchmenot;for I am not yetascendedtomyFather:butgotomybrethren,andsay unto them, I ascend untomyFather,andyourFather;and to myGod,andyourGod.

Then the sameday at evening,being the first day of the week,when the doors were shutwhere the discipleswereassembledforfear of the Jews,cameJesusandstoodin the midst,andsaith unto them,Peace be unto you.

The otherdisciplesthereforesaid unto him, We have seen the Lord.But he said unto them,Except I shall seeinhishands the print of the nails,andputmyfingerinto the print of the nails,andthrustmyhandintohisside, I willnotbelieve.

Andaftereightdaysagainhisdiscipleswerewithin,andThomaswiththem: then cameJesus, the doors being shut, andstoodin the midst,andsaid,Peace be unto you.
