The infant1 will play near the hole of the cobra, and the young child put his hand into the viper's2 nest.
They will neither harm nor destroy3 on all my holy mountain,4 for the earth5 will be full of the knowledge6 of the LORD as the waters cover the sea.

He will raise a banner23 for the nations and gather24 the exiles of Israel;25 he will assemble the scattered people26 of Judah from the four quarters of the earth.2713
Ephraim's jealousy will vanish, and Judah's enemiesd will be cut off; Ephraim will not be jealous of Judah, nor Judah hostile toward Ephraim.2814
They will swoop down on the slopes of Philistia29 to the west; together they will plunder the people to the east.30 They will lay hands on Edom31 and Moab,32 and the Ammonites33 will be subject to them.3415
The LORD will dry up35 the gulf of the Egyptian sea; with a scorching wind36 he will sweep his hand37 over the Euphrates River.e38 He will break it up into seven streams so that men can cross over in sandals.3916
There will be a highway40 for the remnant41 of his people that is left from Assyria,42 as there was for Israel when they came up from Egypt.43
