Why do you say, O Jacob, and complain, O Israel, "My way is hidden from the LORD; my cause is disregarded by my God"?1
28
Do you not know? Have you not heard?2 The LORD is the everlasting3 God, the Creator4 of the ends of the earth.5 He will not grow tired or weary,6 and his understanding no one can fathom.7

He gives strength8 to the weary9 and increases the power of the weak.
30
Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men10 stumble and fall;11
31
but those who hope12 in the LORD will renew their strength.13 They will soar on wings like eagles;14 they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.15
