5 Y cinco reyes de los amorreos, el rey de Jerusalén, el rey de Hebrón, el rey de Jarmut, el rey de Laquis, el rey de Eglón, se juntaron y subieron, ellos con todos sus ejércitos, y asentaron campamento sobre Gabaón, y pelearon contra ella

Joshua 10:5

Therefore the five kings of the Amorites
For though they were chiefly Hittites that dwelt in Hebron, and Jebusites who inhabited Jerusalem; yet as the Amorites were the most powerful people in the land, and had dispersed themselves in the several parts of it, and seem to have the greatest authority in it, they were all called Amorites, and perhaps the kings of those cities were of them, and set over them by them; so we find that the Gibeonites, who were Hivites, are said to be of the remnant of the Amorite, ( 2 Samuel 21:2 ) ;

the king of Jerusalem, the king of Hebron, the king of Jarmuth, the
king of Lachish, the king of Eglon, gathered themselves together, and
went up, they, and all their hosts;
that is, to Jerusalem, the place of their rendezvous, and from thence they marched:

and encamped before Gibeon, and made war against it:
by besieging it, and attacking it in some of its forts.

3 Envió pues a decir Adonisedec rey de Jerusalén, a Hoham rey de Hebrón, a Piream rey de Jarmut, a Jafía rey de Laquis, y a Debir rey de Eglón

4 Subid a mí, y ayudadme, y combatamos a Gabaón; porque ha hecho paz con Josué y con los hijos de Israel

5 Y cinco reyes de los amorreos, el rey de Jerusalén, el rey de Hebrón, el rey de Jarmut, el rey de Laquis, el rey de Eglón, se juntaron y subieron, ellos con todos sus ejércitos, y asentaron campamento sobre Gabaón, y pelearon contra ella

6 Y los hombres de Gabaón enviaron a Josué al campamento en Gilgal diciendo: No aflojas tus manos para con tus siervos; sube prestamente a nosotros para salvarnos y ayudarnos; porque todos los reyes de los amorreos que habitan en las montañas, se han juntado contra nosotros

7 Y subió Josué de Gilgal, él y todo el pueblo de guerra con él, y todos los hombres valientes
