10 Y aquel varón que estaba entre los arrayanes respondió, y dijo: Estos son los que el SEÑOR ha enviado para que anden la tierra

Zechariah 1:10

And the man that stood among the myrtle trees answered and
said
And so prevented the angel from giving the account he was about to give; and who was more capable of it, and which to do was great condescension in him, and was doing the prophet a singular honour: these [are they] whom the Lord hath sent to walk to and fro through
the earth;
which is a description of the angels, the ministering spirits sent forth by God to take their tour throughout the earth; not to do mischief, as Satan does; but to do good to kingdoms, nations, and men in general, and to the heirs of salvation in particular; for which they are commissioned and empowered of God; see ( Hebrews 1:14 ) .

8 Vi de noche, y he aquí un varón que cabalgaba sobre un caballo bermejo, el cual estaba entre los arrayanes que había en la hondura; y detrás de él había caballos bermejos, overos, y blancos

9 Y yo dije: ¿Quiénes son éstos, señor mío? Y me dijo el ángel que hablaba conmigo: Yo te enseñaré quiénes son éstos

10 Y aquel varón que estaba entre los arrayanes respondió, y dijo: Estos son los que el SEÑOR ha enviado para que anden la tierra

11 Y ellos hablaron a aquel ángel del SEÑOR que estaba entre los arrayanes, y dijeron: Hemos andado la tierra, y he aquí toda la tierra está reposada y quieta

12 Y respondió el ángel del SEÑOR, y dijo: Oh SEÑOR de los ejércitos, ¿hasta cuándo tendrás piedad de Jerusalén, y de las ciudades de Judá, con las cuales has estado airado por espacio de setenta años
