3Givingnooffencein any thing,that the ministrybenotblamed :
4Butinall things approvingaourselvesas the ministers of God,inmuchpatience,inafflictions,innecessities,indistresses,5Instripes,inimprisonments,intumults,binlabours,inwatchings,infastings;6Bypureness,byknowledge,bylongsuffering,bykindness,by the HolyGhost,byloveunfeigned,7By the word of truth,by the power of God,by the armour of righteousness on the right handand on the left,8Byhonouranddishonour,by evil reportand good report:asdeceivers,and yet true;9Asunknown , and yet well known ; asdying , and,behold , we live ; aschastened , andnotkilled ;
10Assorrowful , yetalwayrejoicing ; aspoor,yetmakingmanyrich ; ashavingnothing,and yet possessing all things.11
O ye Corinthians,ourmouth is openuntoyou,ourheart is enlarged .
Ye arenotstraitenedinus,but ye are straitenedin your ownbowels.13Now for a recompence in the same, (I speakas unto my children,) beyealsoenlarged .
Be yenot unequally yoked together with unbelievers:forwhatfellowship hath righteousnesswithunrighteousness?andwhatcommunion hath lightwithdarkness?15Andwhatconcord hath ChristwithBelial?orwhatpart hath he that believethwith an infidel?16Andwhatagreement hath the temple of Godwithidols?foryeare the temple of the livingGod;asGod hath said , I will dwellinthem,and walk in them; and I will betheirGod,andthey shall bemypeople.17Wherefore come outfromamongthem,and be ye separate , saith the Lord,andtouchnot the unclean thing; and I will receiveyou,18And will be a Father unto you,andye shall bemysonsanddaughters,saith the LordAlmighty.
