2And he said unto them,When ye pray , say , OurFatherwhich art inheaven, Hallowed bethyname.Thykingdomcome . Thywill be done , asinheaven,soinearth.3Giveusday by dayaourdailybread.4Andforgiveusoursins;forwealsoforgive every one that is indebted to us.Andleadusnotintotemptation;butdeliverusfromevil.5And he saiduntothem,Whichofyou shall have a friend,and shall gountohim at midnight,andsay unto him,Friend,lendmethreeloaves;6For a friend of mineinb his journey is cometome,and I havenothingto set beforehim?7And he from within shall answer and say , Troublemenot: the doorisnowshut , andmychildrenarewithmeinbed; I cannotrise and givethee.8I say unto you,Though he willnotrise and givehim,because he ishisfriend,yetbecause of hisimportunity he will rise and givehim as many as he needeth .9And I say unto you,Ask , and it shall be givenyou;seek , and ye shall find ; knock , and it shall be opened unto you.10For every one that askethreceiveth ; and he that seekethfindeth ; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened .11If a son shall askbread of any of you that is a father , will he givehim a stone?or if he ask a fish, will hefor a fishgivehim a serpent?12Orif he shall ask an egg, will he offerchim a scorpion?
