And it was known unto all the dwellers at Jerusalem; insomuch as that field is called in their proper tongue, Aceldama, that is to say , The field of blood.

Saying , What shall we do to these men? for that indeed a notable miracle hath been done by them is manifest to all them that dwell in Jerusalem; and we cannot deny it.
And it was known throughout all Joppa; and many believed in the Lord.
Be it known unto you therefore, men and brethren, that through this man is preached unto you the forgiveness of sins:
Known unto God are all his works from the beginning of the world.
And this was known to all the Jews and Greeks also dwelling at Ephesus; and fear fell on them all, and the name of the Lord Jesus was magnified .
But we desire to hear of thee what thou thinkest : for as concerning this sect, we know that every where it is spoken against .
Be it known therefore unto you, that the salvation of God is sent unto the Gentiles, and that they will hear it.
