And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved .
But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest , that they are wrought in God.
For the Father loveth the Son, and sheweth him all things that himself doeth : and he will shew him greater works than these, that ye may marvel .
But I have greater witness than that of John: for the works which the Father hath given me to finish , the same works that I do , bear witness of me, that the Father hath sent me.
Then said they unto him, What shall we do , that we might work the works of God?
Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent .
His brethren therefore said unto him, Depart hence, and go into Judaea, that thy disciples also may see the works that thou doest .
The world cannot hate you; but me it hateth , because I testify of it, that the works thereof are evil.
Jesus answered and said unto them, I have done one work, and ye all marvel .
They answered and said unto him, Abraham is our father. Jesus saith unto them, If ye were Abraham's children, ye would do the works of Abraham.
Ye do the deeds of your father. Then said they to him, We be not born of fornication; we have one Father, even God.
Jesus answered , Neither hath this man sinned , nor his parents: but that the works of God should be made manifest in him.
I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh , when no man can work .
Jesus answered them, I told you, and ye believed not: the works that I do in my Father's name, they bear witness of me.
Jesus answered them, Many good works have I shewed you from my Father; for which of those works do ye stone me?
The Jews answered him, saying , For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God.
If I do not the works of my Father, believe me not.
But if I do , though ye believe not me, believe the works: that ye may know , and believe , that the Father is in me, and I in him.
Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works' sake.
Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do ; because I go unto my Father.
If I had not done among them the works which none other man did , they had not had sin: but now have they both seen and hated both me and my Father.
I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do .
