After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying , Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses.
They say unto him, Lord, that our eyes may be opened .
Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected , the same is become the head of the corner: this is the Lord's doing , and it is marvellous in our eyes?
And say , If we had been in the days of our fathers, we would not have been partakers with them in the blood of the prophets.
And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out .
Then answered all the people, and said , His blood be on us, and on our children.
Saying , Say ye , His disciples came by night, and stole him away while we slept .
