For what if some did not believe ? shall their unbelief make the faith of God without effect ?
But if our unrighteousness commend the righteousness of God, what shall we say ? Is God unrighteous who taketh vengeance? (I speak as a man)
For if the truth of God hath more abounded through my lie unto his glory; why yet am I also judged as a sinner?
For if Abraham were justified by works, he hath whereof to glory; but not before God.
For if they which are of the law be heirs, faith is made void , and the promise made of none effect :
For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled , we shall be saved by his life.
But not as the offence, so also is the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead , much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many.
For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)
For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection:
Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him:
If then I do that which I would not, I consent unto the law that it is good.
Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.
And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.
But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.
For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die : but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live .
And if children, then heirs; heirs of God , and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together .
But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it.
What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?
What if God, willing to shew his wrath, and to make his power known , endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath fitted to destruction:
And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then is it no more grace: otherwise work is no more work.
Now if the fall of them be the riches of the world, and the diminishing of them the riches of the Gentiles; how much more their fulness?
For if the casting away of them be the reconciling of the world, what shall the receiving of them be, but life from the dead?
For if the firstfruit be holy, the lump is also holy: and if the root be holy, so are the branches.
Boast not against the branches. But if thou boast , thou bearest not the root, but the root thee.
For if God spared not the natural branches , take heed lest he also spare not thee.
For if thou wert cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and wert graffed contrary to nature into a good olive tree: how much more shall these, which be the natural branches, be graffed into their own olive tree?
If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.
But if thy brother be grieved with thy meat, now walkest thou not charitably . Destroy not him with thy meat, for whom Christ died .
It hath pleased them verily; and their debtors they are . For if the Gentiles have been made partakers of their spiritual things, their duty is also to minister unto them in carnal things.
