2 Hear,1 O peoples, all of you,2 listen, O earth3 and all who are in it, that the Sovereign LORD may witness4 against you, the Lord from his holy temple.5

3 Look! The LORD is coming from his dwelling6 place; he comes down7 and treads the high places of the earth.8
