But nowGod has 1placed the members, eachone of them, in the body, 2just as He desired.
19If they were allonemember, where would the body be?
But now3there are manymembers, but onebody.
And the eyecannotsay to the hand, "I havenoneed of you"; oragain the head to the feet, "I havenoneed of you."
On the contrary, ait is muchtruer that the members of the body which seem to be weaker are necessary;
and those members of the bodywhich we bdeemlesshonorable, con these we bestowmoreabundanthonor, and our lesspresentable members becomemuchmorepresentable,
24whereas our morepresentable members havenoneed of it. But God has so composed the body, givingmoreabundanthonor to that member which lacked,
25so that there may be noddivision in the body, but that the members may have the samecare for oneanother.
And ifonemembersuffers, all the memberssuffer with it; if one member is ehonored, all the membersrejoice with it.
