But nowChrist1has been raised from the dead, the 2firstfruits of those who 3are asleep.
For since4by a man came death, by a manalso came the resurrection of the dead.
For 5as in Adamalldie, soalso in aChristall will be madealive.
But each in his ownorder: Christ6the firstfruits, after that 7thosewho are Christ's at 8His coming,
24then comes the end, when He hands over 9the kingdom to the 10God and Father, when He has abolished11allrule and allauthority and power.
For He mustreign12until He has putall His enemiesunder His feet.
The lastenemy that will be 13abolished is death.
For 14HE HAS PUTALLTHINGS IN SUBJECTIONUNDER HIS FEET. But when He says, "15Allthings are put in subjection," it is evident that He is excepted who putallthings in subjection to Him.
28When16allthings are subjected to Him, then the SonHimselfalso will be subjected to the One who subjectedallthings to Him, so that 17God may be all in all.
