1In this you greatly rejoice, even though now 2for a little while, 3if necessary, you have been distressed by 4various atrials,

so that the b5proof of your faith, being more precious than gold which cis perishable, 6even though tested by fire, 7may be found to result in praise and glory and honor at 8the revelation of Jesus Christ ;

and 9though you have not seen Him, you 10love Him, and though you do not see Him now, but believe in Him, you greatly rejoice with joy inexpressible and dfull of glory,

obtaining as 11the outcome of your faith the salvation of eyour souls.
