Apostasy
1
But 1 the Spirit explicitly says that 2 in later times some will fall away from the faith , paying attention to 3 deceitful spirits and 4 doctrines of demons ,
2
by means of the hypocrisy of liars 5 seared in their own conscience as with a branding iron ,
3
men who 6 forbid marriage and advocate 7 abstaining from foods which 8 God has created to be 9 gratefully shared in by those who believe and know the truth .
4
For 10 everything created by God is good , and nothing is to be rejected if it is 11 received with gratitude ;
5
for it is sanctified by means of 12 the word of God and prayer .
